On your mark. Get set... swim, bike, and run your way across Honolulu! Mark your calendar for May 15th when the Honolulu Triathlon 2016 kicks off in Hawaii. As an official Olympic distance event, there is a lot on the line for the competitors, and it's exciting to watch the action race through the streets and on the waters of Honolulu. Whether you are coming to cross the finish line or lining along the route to cheer participants on, don't miss the 2016 Honolulu Triathlon.
The race starts in the beautiful waters of the Pacific Ocean at Ala Moana Beach Park. The 1.5 km loops around the shoreline for amazing views of the city. Next up is the bike course that takes place on Magic Island. Finally, the last leg is a challenging 10k run that winds through the city on streets that are closed to vehicle traffic. Along the route, you can take in famous Honolulu landmarks like Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach.
